Dan Lombard, founder of #TigerStripesRevolution, reached out to Jacaranda FM’s Good Morning Angels in June 2015 as he was looking to raise money to purchase a new van after the family van he used from 2009 packed up.
Dan was blown away by the response as companies and individuals rallied behind his cause with the money being raised within a day including a whopping R250000 donation by an Old Boy of Pretoria Boys (1974).
The van is now four years old and has enabled Dan to continue living the best possible life that he can as a quadriplegic.
